Glass Fabrication

This is our CNC machine that does the edgework and cutouts for countertops. Send in a dxf. file and all the information can be transferred to this machine. Depending on weight, this machine can handle a piece of glass measuring 56" x 112".

After

This is one of the 1/2" tempered PPG Starphire glass countertops painted a custom baby blue color. The Starphire glass lets the true color of the paint come through.

Before

This is a rack of PPG Starphire glass that has been fabricated and ready for painting. You will notice the 1/2" pieces upfront with the holes and sink cutout. Tomorrow we will show these bath countertops after they have been painted.

Commercial Color Applications

These pictures are of the same pieces of glass from different sides. The glass is double coated with two different colors to create a checkerboard pattern on the outside and inside of a building. There were other units that were double coated with yellow and grey.
